Part Time Customer Service & Marketing

Due to our continued expansion we are looking for an experienced sales person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the account management of a portfolio of clients as well as identifying and securing sales opportunities.

Good bonus package based on performance and flexible working hours for part time role.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manage our portfolio of clients with regular calls and emails
  • Identify sales opportunities and present the key benefits of our products and service to secure business and meet sales targets
  • Be knowledgeable on all our products and services and recommend appropriately to clients to enhance or build their business
  • Maintain customer and prospect data in our CRM
  • Achieve agreed KPIs including call volumes and follow ups
  • Basic day-to-day admin
  • Possible networking and fair attendance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Proven experience in telesales
IT literate
Computer experience
