System Update - Version 1.2.1

Superia UpdateToday we have released version 1.2.1 of the Superia system, which includes an overhaul of the promotional codes.

Here is a full list of the changes that have been made

The following modifications have been made;

  • Configuration - General - (LITE level and upwards) - You can now split the Google product feed into several different files, this is to stop Google from timing out your feed if you have a large number of products
  • Configuration - Templates
    • You can now set the active link font for a navigation item.
    • You can now add forms to the footer content.
    • You can now add the variable [PRODUCTSHORTDESCRIPTION] to the product page content which will be replaced by the short description of the product (LITE level and upwards).
    • You can now add the variable [PRODUCTADDITIONALDESCRIPTION] to the product page content which will be replaced by the new additional description field (LITE level and upwards).
  • Store - Products (LITE level and upwards) - You can now enter data into a new field, Additional description, this is basically the same as product description, but can be placed separately on the product page, however this will not be included in your Google product feed.
  • Marketing - Promotional Codes (PRO level and upwards)
    • You can now create a description for your promotional code to more easily identify the code.
    • You can now set the number of uses against a promotional code so that the code can only be used that number of times.
    • You can now limit the promotional codes to specific products.
    • You can now import promotional codes from a CSV file, useful for daily deal promotions from companies such as Groupon or LivingSocial.
  • Sales - Orders (LITE level and upwards)
    • Your list of orders will now show a count of the notes that have been created for a specific order.
    • When viewing an order a count of the notes that have been created will be displayed on the notes tab.
  • Website - If the page meta title is blank and the default page title is blank in the configuration, the page will now use the page name as it's title

The following fixes have been made;

  • Content - 404 Errors - The page selection has been fixed as it wasn't allowing you to type a page and go straight to it
  • Website (LITE level and upwards) - Fixed a problem where the stock wasn't being reduced if it was set to reduce on purchase and your store was set to not VAT registered.
