The aftercare has also been fantastic. Any problems which have arisen have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and no issue has been insurmountable. Also, any alterations or additions that I have asked for have been actioned with no disruption to my business.  In short the service has been great.

As someone not too confident with the workings of the computer and websites in particular, I had to call Superia for help on a number of occasions. Help was always there and I was never made to feel inadequate.

We are very happy with our new website. It is simple but informative and it will streamline the admin side of the group. We have ended up with a site with much more scope than we had anticipated.

 

 

Quite simply, stop looking. After being with 1and1 for the last 3 months and not getting the look/features I needed I found Superia. I requested a trial yesterday and played with it last night. After a few (rapid) emails with the Superia team I decided to sign up. That was at 11am this morning and the site is already populated, has all products listed with images and basically is waiting for me to change DNS so we can go live, probably tomorrow.

Can't recommend enough if you want great service, flexibility on design and a true customer centric attitude, all for very reasonable prices. Sound too good to be true? Trust me, you'll be raving about them…

Previously our company was using Shopify, which was OK, but I found the lack of customisation and features really started to get to me. So I started to look around for a different company. I started using Volusion, bigcommerce and magneto on the free trials, all of these have certain good points but all seemed to lack a few things that I needed. I searched for a while and found Superia Commerce, which at first I knew nothing about and hadn't heard much but I signed up to the free trial to give it a go.

All I can say is that it is amazing. They have everything I need, you can customise everything, and the SEO is amazing. Lots of features and just lots to get stuck in with. you can start with a template and do it yourself or if you have the money they will design one for you. The customer service is second to none, I must have emailed David a million times (sorry David) But he always answers my questions and guides me in the right direction. Plus if they see something wrong they will fix it for you and tell you about it. you don't get this kind of service from the other places.

Price wise this is also the best. They even gave me the option to extend the trial so I could get everything I wanted sorted before going live, and then they helped me every step of the way to make it live I am really happy with the choice I made, and I would definitely tell anyone looking to build a site to use them.

 

 

The support I have received from Superia is second to none. The system is easy to use and anything I get stuck with the guys at Superia have helped me out within a very short space of time, they even help me out with things I didn't know were problems until they contacted me.

For what you get with the system I think this is great value for money, highly recommended.
